The product
Every screen, as it actually is
These are real screens from the working product, not mockups. Pick a side of the marketplace and see what that person sees.
Four steps: fuel and quantity, where it goes, how you pay, and a review. The rail on the right holds the total the whole way through.
Pick a fuel, say how much, and the screen tells you before you commit whether it can actually be filled — how many vendors nearby hold it, the largest single order any of them can take, and the two refusals that are not the same thing: sold out, and stocked but unpriced today.
Density
Buy the grade you need, not just the litres
Petrol and diesel are not interchangeable at every specification, and most places selling fuel will not tell you what they are holding. Here you state a minimum density and the marketplace answers.
On a delivery, it narrows the same single quote the rest of the screen reads — the server matches a vendor who can supply it, so there is no second price to disagree with your total. On a depot load, the depot’s parcels each have their own density and price, and the cheapest one that can fill your whole load becomes the quote.
Pricing
You pay for fuel. That is the whole of it.
The marketplace is paid by the side that is selling, so nothing is added to what a buyer owes.
- 3%on the first 10,000 litres
- 2%on 10,000 to 50,000 litres
- 1%on everything above 50,000 litres
Worked out in bands: each rate applies only to the quantity inside its band, not to the whole sale. Gas is counted in kilograms. It comes out of the seller’s payout — vendors on an order, depots on a loading booking — and is never added to what the buyer pays.
For example, a 20,000-litre sale pays 2.5% overall: 3% on the first 10,000 and 2% on the next 10,000.
No wallet, no balance
Card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, per order. We hold no stored value, so there is nothing of yours sitting on the platform and a refund goes back to the account you paid from.
A price we can’t stand behind isn’t shown
If today’s prices fail to load, nothing is priced and you are told so. We never fall back on a guess, because a quote the vendor will not honour takes your money on a number we invented.

Generators, vans and equipment all draw from the same account, and whoever is on duty can order without going through you.

A tier unlocks on whichever you reach first. Anyone who signs up with your link is yours for good, and withdrawals open at ₦100,000 — below that the transfer fee eats a real share of what is being sent.

Verification
Verification is a gate, not a badge
An unverified vendor is not a vendor with a missing sticker. Their listings are not reachable by a customer at all, which is why the account tells them so on every screen until it is cleared.
Vendors
Registered name and CAC number, TIN, the NMDPRA activities they are licensed for and the licence number, a representative’s government ID, and the position they hold. Checked against the registers, not just collected.
Four checks produce a supplier level from 1 to 4, and each check records its own outcome — verified, discrepancy, failed or not checked — with a reference.
Drivers
Licence number and expiry, vehicle type and registration, a government ID and a selfie. Independent drivers also confirm a home address.
A driver cannot accept work until the required set for their kind of account is cleared, and any outstanding item is named.
Depots
Onboarded by our team only, never self-served: the operator is invited, the licence document is reviewed, and the account can be approved, declined, suspended or revoked at any point after.
When something is rejected
A rejection carries a message written to be read by the person who has to fix it, and names which of their fields can be corrected and resubmitted — rather than sending them back to the start.

Abuja and Lagos today. Not where it stops.
We are building toward every state in Nigeria and the FCT, and past its borders into West Africa. Abuja and Lagos are where the network is live and delivering now — the first two, not the whole ambition.
Anywhere new opens when there are enough vendors in it to fill orders, not before — so coverage is never a shaded region on a map. Pin an address and the order screen tells you how many stocked vendors reach it before you commit to anything.

Sharing is a decision, not a default
Letting a vendor or driver see a complaint made about them cannot be undone, so it is asked for explicitly and names who gets access and what they will see.

Fuel scarcity and long station queues cost Nigerians hours every week and put real strain on businesses that depend on generators and fleets. FuelFinder connects customers directly to verified vendors and drivers, so fuel moves to where it’s needed instead of people queuing to find it.
We’re a small team of engineers and operators building the infrastructure to make fuel delivery as routine as any other on-demand service — reliable, transparent, and available whenever you need it. The problem is not Abuja’s or Lagos’s alone, so neither is the plan: every state in Nigeria and the FCT, then the markets across Africa where getting fuel is just as hard.
